Amendment, Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Scope of Application
This policy applies to all VIP airport services provided by [MICA Meet & Assist GmbH], including but not limited to fast track services, airport meet-and-greet, personal assistance, luggage handling, lounge access, and airport transfers, regardless of location or country of service.
2. Amendments (Changes)

Amendments must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled service.

All changes are subject to availability and confirmation.

Changes requested within 48 hours of the scheduled time may be declined or incur a surcharge.

We are not liable for denied amendments caused by third parties (airports, airlines, partners).
3. Cancellations

More than 96 hours in advance: Full refund.

72–96 hours before service: 25% refund.

48–72 hours before service: 50% refund.

Less than 48 hours / no-shows: No refund.
Cancellation must be submitted in writing (email form).
Some services (e.g. third-party providers, VIP terminals, chauffeur bookings) may have stricter policies, communicated during booking.
4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.

Transaction/banking fees (e.g. Stripe/PayPal) are non-refundable.

Refunds will not be issued for services rendered or missed due to customer delays.
5. Legal Framework & Jurisdiction
This policy is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
Place of jurisdiction for legal disputes is [Frankfurt am Main], unless otherwise required by consumer protection laws.
6. Force Majeure
In cases of airport closures, weather disruptions, security issues, or other events beyond our control, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the service. Refunds in such cases will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
